«Today together with children, we created sweet gifts for our defenders, our heroes. I truly believe that our soldiers will feel the warmth of children’s hands, emotions, energy, that prevailed during preparation of the sweets. May this support save them from all the evil and bring Ukraine’s victory», Teresiya Yatsenyuk noted.
Together with the sweets, Ukrainian soldiers will also receive letters and drawings, warm cloths as well as patriotic souvenirs.
At the end of the activity, everyone present sang the National Anthem of Ukraine and gave the “Small Santas” to volunteers who will pass them to soldiers on the frontline.
The Open Ukraine Foundation invites you to contribute to this action. You can find details on the official page of the organizers on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/groups/541792669289253/.
