It was a difficult task for the Contest Commission to select the winners, since the majority of the essays were marked by high quality, the authors’ skills to express their views logically and with sound reasoning, to approach essay topics unconventionally. Occasionally, the authors’ emotions prevailed over logic and objectivity; however, it caused the inception of fresh ideas and interesting thoughts.
«…Democracy – it is just an attempt to document conceptionally a basic problem of co-existence of human beings… But so far it is the best form, since it really allows avoiding big conflicts and wars.»
Rostyslav DZYUBA, «Is democracy safe? In terms of international relations»
We would like to wish the Contest’s participants inspiration for new works and analytical texts, self-confidence and courage to express their own thoughts!
