Ukrainian journalist, publicist Vitaly Portnikov during the Discussion Club «Open World» organized by the «Open Ukraine» Foundation told why both corruptionists and anty-corruptionists are dangerous, would changes in Ukraine be possible without the Revolution of Dignity and how to preserve our national identity.
